Reading the weekly combustible dust Newsletter from Chris Clooney I got completely astonished. This company killed 301 workers in a coal mine after explosion. Can you imagine the difficulties to ignite coal?

We need five conditions and a very good ignition source to start, but they did it with all the workers inside! It is insane people!!!!!! It seems like Hitler did during the second war taking the Jews and killing them in the gas chamber!

Why they do this? Why they did not put their family and relatives to work there? The governament from Turkish started well punishing the company owners and the process responsible professionals, but as we see in Brazil, in the case of Brumadinho and Mariana, these killers were released because these countries has a corrupted justice system.
Its time to have an international independent system to punish accordingly these accidents, otherwise they will continue to happen without any trouble.
